Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
- Accessories such as bracelets, necklaces, rings, or other fashion jewelry
 - Any items that have been worn, washed, or altered
 
For hygiene and quality control reasons, these items cannot be resold once opened or used.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when:
- Items show signs of use or wear
 - The product is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
 - The return is requested after the 7-day period
 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item.
We’ll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
 - Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
 - Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@differenthypes.com.
🚚 Shipping Returns
At the moment, Different Hypes operates as an online-only store, so we do not accept returns by mail without prior approval.
If your return request is approved, our team will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions via email or WhatsApp.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your package without tracking.
